Etant une grande addict de Tupac et Biggie depuis que je dois avoir 10 ans, je vous invite à regarder ce documentaire, réalisé par Nick Broomfield. On assiste dans ce reportage à une investigation sur la mort douteuse du rappeur Tupac Shakur en 1996 et de celle de Notorious B.I.G 6 mois plus tard. Vous y verrez des images inédites et des témoignages des proches des deux célèbres rappeurs qui ont marqué toute une génération.

Crips and Bloods : Made in America. 2008. Un documentaire réalisé en plein coeur des quartiers de Los Angeles, où les gangs de deux couleurs (rouge ou bleu) s'entretuent depuis de nombreuses années.

Grâce à un retour dans les années 50 où tout a commencé, on comprend mieux les causes de ce conflit. Ce reportage donne accès de manière concrète à des témoignages de membres des gangs ainsi que des images d'une violence qui mériterait d'être appelée guerre civile.

Crips and Bloods: Made in America. 2008. A documentary in the heart of the hoods of Los Angeles, where gangs of two colors (red or blue) are killing each other for many years. With a flashback in the 50's where it all began, we better understand the causes of this conflict. This report allows access to a concrete testimony of gang members as well as images of violence that deserves to be called civil war.

Shameless, show TV version US (je n'ai pas regardé la version UK qui est apparemment moins bien), raconte l'histoire d'un père qui s'est fait largué par sa femme, lui laissant comme cadeau leurs 6 enfants. Désespéré, il devient alcoolique et c'est sa fille aînée, Fiona, qui s'occupe de ses frères et soeurs. Comique à souhait, cette série dramatique vous montre avec honnêteté et surréalisme à la fois, la misère d'une famille soudée sans un rond. Vraiment top. (Showtime-2011)

Shameless, TV show U.S. version (I haven't watched the UK version which is apparently less good), tells the story of a father who has been dumped by his wife, leaving him as a gift their 6 children. Desperate, he becomes an alcoholic and it's his eldest daughter, Fiona, who looks after her brothers and sisters. Comedy to perfection, this drama shows you with honesty and surrealism at the time, the misery of a close family without a dime. Really great. (Showtime-2011)
